Malhari Ragho Mahale
First generation farmer
Malhari (Guruji) has completed 8th standard (those days board exams were conducted in 7th standard). He joined as primary school teacher. Further completed 2 years D.Ed course and was promoted as secondary school teacher. He took up farming after his voluntary retirement. In those days he completed the agriculture training course from Manjri (Pune)
Ashok Malhari Mahale
Second generation farmer
Ashok is Second generation farmer. After completing 12th board exam, Ashok started as helping hand in farm and never looked back. His extreme hard work in setting up the new agri infrastructure and implementing polyhouse and water management techniques has earned success in grapes harvest.
Tushar Ashok Mahale
Third generation farmer
Tushar holds an B.Sc. in agriculture from K.K.W college, Nashik. After completing his bachelor's he attended short training course on modern agriculture practises in Israel. He started contributing in day to day field work under the guidance of veterans in the family. Tushar is now leading the farm operations.
Sagar Ashok Mahale
Third generation farmer
Sagar holds an M.Tech. in Food Engineering, Institute of Chemical Technology (ICT), Mumbai formerly known as UDCT. During his internship at Chitale Bandhu Mithaiwale, Pune, Sagar helped the team in optimising the preparation of gluten free bhakarwadi. In M.Tech dissertation project, he worked on Pulse light processing of beverage of under utilized fruits. This tehnique will help in reduction of fruit wastage. Sagar is working with Freshtrop.
